Description
MAMA & BABE provides personalized, preventative, and comprehensive in-home care for expectant and new families in Charlotte—from pregnancy through the early postpartum months. Through a unique integration of occupational therapy and lactation counseling, care begins prenatally by helping families prepare for breastfeeding and infant feeding, newborn development, maternal recovery, and the transition home. After baby arrives, support extends beyond feeding alone to care for the whole mother-baby experience—including lactation and feeding, infant development and regulation, maternal recovery and well-being, positioning and ergonomics, and the everyday routines of life with a newborn. Rather than waiting for challenges to arise, MAMA & BABE takes a proactive, preventative approach, helping families feel prepared, recognize concerns early, and receive personalized guidance as both mother and baby grow and adjust together.
