Mamas & Mocktails Social Hour

Whether you are currently expecting, newly postpartum, or navigating life with toddlers, this night is for you. Motherhood was never meant to be done alone and we want to help you find your village. Come to Suffolk Punch South Park on July 10th to relax, chat, and mingle with other amazing local moms.

Expect: Great conversation and a casual space to ask me any questions about prenatal/postpartum fitness/recovery and The Moon & Mother.

No RSVP is needed, just show up! Grab a mom friend, come as you are (bump, baby, or completely solo for a little break) and join us. We can’t wait to hang out with you!
