Matrescence & Motherhood Support Group
Motherhood changes so much more than our routines — it can reshape identity, relationships, sense of self, and the way we move through the world. This monthly support group is a welcoming space for mothers to connect, reflect, share honestly, and grow in community.
Led by Amara of Mother Wholistic Healings, each gathering offers guided conversation, peer connection, reflection, and gentle wellness practices while remaining responsive to what mothers need in the moment.
