Prenatal & Postpartum Moms Group

Join us the second Tuesday of every month just as you are (PJ's, needing a shower and a little frazzled is just perfect) for a peer-driven, recurring gathering that is baby-friendly, always free of cost and judgment and open to all. 

Facilitated by Taylor Focht, LPN, Night Nurse, Certified Birth & Postpartum Doula and Mary Formella, Occupational Therapist & Certified Pediatric Sleep Consultant.

We will meet up on the plaza green in front of the big stage/across from Starbucks. Grab some coffee and join us! 

We have an indoor back up location for inclement weather (Adjusting the World Chiropractic) - we will send out a text the morning of if we need to change locations!
