About The Event
This six-week, peer-led group is for first-time birthing people ages 18–30 who are parenting a baby 0–12 months, and welcomes all races and ethnicities. It centers the lived experience of pregnancy and postpartum recovery, focusing on building confidence, self-advocacy, healthy boundaries, and support networks. The group aims to help birthing people feel informed, strong, and supported without providing therapy or clinical guidance.
