I'm a physical therapist who is passionate about pelvic health. I work with women across the gamut from wanting to conceive but unable to because it's painful, pregnant moms dealing with dysfunction/pain, postnatal moms who want to return to their previous function to 20+ years postpartum women who are tired of accepting that leakage/pain is a way of life.
