Description
I work with perinatal clients struggling with the adjustment to growing a family. I support people with perinatal mood disorders as well as couples preparing or adjusting to parenthood. I also support parents coping with pregnancy or infant loss as well as navigating pregnancy and infant loss. I utilize EFT, IFS, CBT and person-centered work. I also facilitate a virtual group for pregnancy and infant loss. I offer in person services in Matthews NC and virtually across NC, SC, KY, TN, and FL.
