At Women's Transitional Healthcare our goal is to provide compassionate, supportive and complete perinatal mental healthcare, all while empower women to make the best mental health decision for themselves and their family. We achieve this goal by: 1. Screening for areas of risk and taking the time to fully understand our patient's areas of concern. 2. We collaborate with community resources, and our patient's support system. 3. We offer therapy including CBT, EMDR, BDPT, and Perinatal mental health Coaching/Guidance. 4. We provide Medication Assisted Treatment, only after providing education on the medication and non-medication risk profile and treatment options.
