Every practitioner listed in the PSD has training, certification appropriate to their specialty

Trauma, Anxiety, Perinatal Mental Health

I'm a mom of 2 who realized how difficult it was to find mental health support once I was diagnosed with PPD. So I decided then that it was necessary to be a provider of the services I couldn't access. I have completed the PSI 2 day perinatal mental health training as well as the Advance psychotherapy training. I currently work with clients who are experiencing Postpartum Anxiety, specifically, by helping them understand how their values can influence their parenting style and needs. I help them learn to set and maintain boundaries while helping them to keep their focus on the reality of their experience.
