We are an action-based experiential therapist group that combines talk therapy with somatic practices to help women regulate their nervous system and ditch that overwhelmed feeling. We specialize in supporting women in all stages of their perinatal journey through planning, trying, pregnancy, and postpartum. We are a client-centered, anti-racist, LQBTQ+ affirming, and trans-affirming, practice that believes our society has benefitted from women feeling disconnected to their bodies. We help women process trauma, reparent themselves, navigate parenting, and build a relationship with their body. With training in sensorimotor psychotherapy (body-centered), EDMR, Kunadlini yoga, TF-CBT, and more we work with clients to decide which tools would best serve them. We offer student rates and sliding scale.
